Visa and Mastercard circuits
When placing an order using a credit card, upon finalizing the online transaction, the bank authorizes the sole commitment of the amount. The accepted credit cards are those relying on the Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and PostePay circuits.
In case of order cancellation by the customer or in the case of non-acceptance by Marionzimet.com, the latter will request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. It is possible to cancel the order until the moment before the item is processed in the warehouse.
The order status will be clearly displayed in the “Orders” section of your reserved area and can be cancelled independently when the relevant button is available. For some types of cards, the release times depend on the banking system and can reach their natural expiry date (twenty fourth day from the date of authorization). Once requested the cancellation of the transaction, in no case can Marionzimet.com be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the amount committed by the banking system.
Bank transfer
The bank transfer does not involve any additional cost. By choosing this method, the user will receive the payment details the summary order email. The shipment in this case will be processed as soon as the amount is credited to our account, notified by email. The status of the order will be “Order in progress”.

Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery allows the payment of the product upon delivery, to the courier. This payment method requires a commission in favour of the courier, with a minimum charge of five euro and /or a percentage based on the amount.
For amounts exceeding three thousand euro, it will be required to hand out a cheque to the courier. To process faster and more efficient payments, it is recommended to prepare the exact amount for the courier, as can often be cashless and unable to give change.
For cash on delivery orders for amounts below three thousand euros, we reserve the right to request a deposit before the goods leave the warehouse.
PayPal
By choosing PayPal, the user will be redirected to the secure PayPal server, where it is possible to pay with the main credit cards enabled (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), or with Postepay or other pre-paid, store valued cards.
By choosing this payment method, the shipping address registered in the site account must be the same as that of the PayPal account; otherwise, the order will be cancelled, and payment refused.
Scalapay
Scalapay payment method allows customers to buy and receive the products immediately while paying in three convenient monthly instalments at no additional costs (if the instalments are paid by the due date.)
At the time of purchase, you will be immediately charged for the first instalment. The next two instalments will be charged in the following two months. Upon creating a Scalapay account, you will need to add a debit or credit card to which the three instalments will be automatically charged on the respective expiration dates.
You acknowledge that the instalments will be transferred to Incremento SPV S.r.l., to related parties and their assignees and that you authorize such transfer.
